☆ 1.) Q: How can I contact you?
A: belle.morte.designs@gmail.com or in game by contacting The Belle Morte™ (morte.couturier) via notecard.

★ Don't just say "hi" be as detailed as possible please. If you can't be bothered to put forth effort in your contact with me, I see no reason to put forth effort in replying.
★ Offline messages do go to my email from which I can respond, but tend to get eaten by SL quite frequently as I tend to get capped so notecard, or e-mail please .
★  I'm not online every day, so if you only send me a notecard, it may take up to 30 calendar days until I respond, and it very well may get lost in the SL nether!
★ I'm ALWAYS in work mode when I'm in-world. So my apologies that I must keep talk short and to the point. This is not my social account, this is a work account.

☆ 2.) Q: Why didn't you answer my IM?!?
A: I probably had my face in a script, missed it, and then crashed, or it was answered here. Check my Interests in game tab for languages I speak.

☆ 3.) Q:Do you script anything for less than your listed minimum? My project isn't that big...
A: Usually only if I have a previous working relationship with you. I'll also work on an hourly basis on multiple smaller projects, if the total meets minimum. Please contact me for more information. I charge incrementally, meaning if I work for 1 hour and 14 minutes you only get charged for 1 1/4 hours not 2.

☆ 4.) Q: So, I was kind of thinking about a thing, and I think I might need some scripts.....
A: If I'm too busy to take your job on,  I will gladly pass your requirement document to some of the other quality coder I know, who are close to being on par to me skillwise.

☆ 5.) Q: Requirements Documents? What are requirement document?
A: This is the one you should draw up before you ever decide to retain a coder. One of the most common errors in software engineering is not buggy code, but the programmer building something different than what the client wants.

This is usually because of bad requirements documentation. Make sure that your coder knows what you want. Be as detailed as you can, even if you're not an expert on the technical stuff.

First, make sure 'YOU" know what it is you want the script to do, because it is more time consuming and expensive to change the design after the implementation has started. If you are having trouble collecting your thoughts, try for usage examples at least put in some effort into describing what it is you want your device to do.

Then your script writer can help you flesh out the details once you are sure of what it actually is you want the script to do.

☆ 6.) Q: Why did you delete me from your friends list?
A: I get a lot of random people who friend me after asking about a project, and then never send any kind of specifications or say a word to me after that. Therefore, I prune my list every couple of days so it's actually usable. Please don't take offense.

☆ 7.)  Q: Are you SLingle?
A: No, and I plan to stay that way. I've known my RL for over 2 decades and am very happy in my Real and Virtual lives.

☆ 8.) Q: Sooooo, wanna hop on this poseb---
A: I'm not here to rub pixels together. If you see me at a place where pixels tend to get rubbed together, I'm probably working on something for someone, so please don't make any assumptions.

☆ 9.) Q: A/S/L?
A:  3.42 Jovian years * 38.9° N, -77.0° W || give or take 2.18 lunar hours.

☆ 10.) Refunds?

If you have an item that is missing from your inventory, check out linden labs wiki for inventory loss over at:

http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Inventory_loss

This is the best place to look on how to recover any lost or missing inventory items you may have. 99% of my items are sold either full perm, or mod/copy/no trans. Thus refunds are not an option in either situation.

If you purchased something and did not receive it, please drop me a notecard with the transaction details so that I can verify them and re-issue the item. Check out our full company polices at: http://bellemortedesigns.wixsite.com/home/policies
